The company is primarily engaged in the supplying and trading of Mild Steel Products & TMT Bars.

The Founder
Mr. Chaman Lal Gupta
Mr. Chaman Lal Gupta was born in Atawla village in the Panipat district of Haryana. Having an interest in self-entrepreneurship from a young age, in 1978 he started his entrepreneurial career by founding his first trading firm under the name of Jagdish Rai Chaman Lal (JRCL), dealing in the trading of Iron and Steel products.
To set a clear vision, he gathered the latest marketing experience from around the steel industry and strengthened his entrepreneurial establishment. In 2004, he secured a dealership with the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and consistently achieved sales volumes exceeding the MOU under the dealership.
Recognising his outstanding performance, Shri Chaman Lal Gupta has achieved numerous awards from the largest steel companies. From Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), he was awarded Gold, Platinum, and Silver awards for 5 consecutive years (starting 2009) for achieving top ten higher sales volumes in North India, followed by continuous awards to this day.
Growth continued in 2010 when he entered the corporate world by founding JRCL Steel Pvt Ltd as an exclusive distributor of JSW Steel Ltd to boost his network. He successfully scaled the business from a one-man firm to a dedicated team of numerous experts.

Mr. Nitin Garg
Mr. Nitin Garg holds a Master's in Business Administration from Priston University, USA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Marketing & Management, New Delhi.
Mr. Garg handles Finance, Sales, and Marketing. He has a rich experience of 15 years and is an expert in Business Management and overall operational control. He has a vast background in the areas of finance, marketing, banking, accounts, and general business management. Throughout his career, he has been involved with the largest steel marketing networks and has been responsible for several innovative practices.
His expertise, technical skills, and true dedication to providing high-quality professional services to the industry are outstanding. He has contributed enormously to the exponential growth of the organisation, playing a key role in overall business development, expansions, and acquisitions. Under his leadership, the Group's growth has spread widely over North India, establishing the Group as one of the region's largest steel traders.

Mr. Anil Bansal
Mr. Anil Bansal joined the JRCL Group in 2010. He brought with him a vast experience of 10 years in the automobile dealership sector, having held a Hyundai dealership from 2003 to 2010 under the name of Bhagwati Motors in Jind, Haryana. During this time, he provided dedicated, professional after-sales service to his esteemed customers.
At Bhagwati Motors, Mr. Bansal led a highly professional and motivated team. His leadership provided prompt and efficient services, placing the utmost priority on Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction. His longevity and success represent an unmatched commitment to the customer, a solid knowledge of the Indian market, and a competitive advantage in distribution networks and client management.
Mr. Anil Bansal now has over 8 years of dedicated experience spanning the entire range of flat and long steel products within the JRCL Group, having acquired wide-ranging expertise in the modern steel business.
